Website and technical logs

The gateway is hosted by Mittwald in Germany. Technical connection data is processed to serve and secure the service. Our application log records time, method, path, response status, user agent and referral information. It does not record IP addresses; this does not describe upstream hosting logs. We rely on our legitimate interest in secure operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookie choices and Umami

We store your choice, version and timestamp in this browser’s local storage to remember it on later visits. This necessary storage implements your explicit choice (TDDDG Section 25(2)). Change it below or clear website data to reset it. Optional Umami analytics load only with consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a); TDDDG Section 25(1) where applicable). They process page views and device/browser attributes on our instance in Germany. URL parameters, fragments, payment proofs, form inputs and support content are not sent to Umami. There are no ads or session recordings. Withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings; withdrawal applies going forward and reloads the page. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected when loading.

API requests and providers

The selected service determines where input is sent: EU AI to Mittwald AI Hosting in Germany, search data to DataForSEO, phone services to the SMS provider named in the offer (SMSPool or 5sim), social orders to the relevant provider, and blockchain queries to RPC/explorer services. Inboxes and analytics use our Mittwald infrastructure. The AI lane’s EU residency statement does not apply to every service. Submit personal data only with authority and after clarifying processing terms, any required data processing agreement and possible international transfers. We process order data to perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); when acting for a controller, the agreed data processing terms also apply.

Payment, redelivery and support

Wallet address, payment reference, amount, service and delivery status support payment verification, abuse prevention and failed-purchase resolution. A request fingerprint binds retries to the original request. Delivery responses are temporarily stored for redelivery. The general redelivery window defaults to 24 hours; sensitive responses, including EU AI output and confirmations containing access secrets, default to a 15-minute access window. Abuse protection may stop access earlier. The window applicable to the service governs access. The gateway checks for expired response content at startup and every minute, removing it from the active response cache. After downtime, the next check runs at startup; storage errors can delay removal and are reported as operational failures. The access window is therefore not a promise of physical deletion at an exact second. This cache cleanup does not delete the purchase journal, paid claims or support cases. Those records are retained separately for resolution and required evidence; a general automatic deletion period for these records is not currently configured. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or unnecessary personal information to support.

Public blockchain and retention

Base transactions are public. Third parties can analyse wallet addresses and payments; we cannot erase public blockchain data. Off-chain data is retained for operation, contract performance, resolving claims and applicable legal record-keeping duties. The purpose, unresolved cases and legal periods determine retention; access and backup copies are limited to operational needs. For a specific request, we can identify the affected records and periods.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent. Legal record-keeping duties may prevent immediate deletion. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
